Physical Therapist

Position:                Physical Therapist 

Location:               34400 Mission Blvd, Union City, CA 94587 

Duration:               3 Month Contract 

Shift Timing:         8 am to 4.30 pm     

Pay Rate:               40 $ per hour on w2 basis 

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition. 
2. Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results. 
3. Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. 
4. Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients. 

Requirements: 

• License or certification as  Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
