Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Location: 577 South Peach Ave, Fresno, CA 93727
Duration: 3 Month Contract
Shift Timing: 8 am to 4.30 pm
Pay Rate: 38 $ per hour on w2 basis.
Job Responsibilities:
Occupational therapy assistants work under the direction of an occupational therapist and administer therapy treatments and procedures to help patients recover, develop, or improve skills needed for daily living and working.
- Performing clerical tasks such as answering telephones and scheduling appointments.
- Collecting, assessing, and recording required patient information such as medical history.
- Implementing treatment plans and helping patients perform therapeutic activities.
- Instructing patients and their families in the skills and techniques of a treatment program.
Requirements:
- License or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the relevant state.
